Bills will be sent to your email account and customers can pay with a simple click of the computer mouse or by smartphone. ![]() The City's utility bill pay system provides customers with the option to enroll in convenient features including auto pay and paperless billing to receive and pay your utility bill online. The City of Chino Hills is making every effort to minimize the impact of the system outage to our customers, including not making any utility invoices due during the outage and temporarily suspending disconnections for non-payment between Thursday, July 20 through Monday, July 24.
